1. Register and create a profile

Register your organization on www.foerderprogramme.org and create an organization profile. Among other things, you will need your organization's bank details, logo, organization description and current exemption certificate.

As soon as the organization profile is complete, Haus des Stiftens will check the non-profit status and your details. When the check is complete, you will receive a message by e-mail (please check your spam folder if necessary).

Already registered?
If you are already registered with your organization at www.foerderprogramme.org, you can start directly with step 2.

2. Confirm participation in the Amazon Local Grants program

If your organization has a complete and verified profile (see step 1) and has been activated by Haus des Stiftens, your organization will be added to the Amazon Local Grants program.
As soon as this is done, you will receive a message by e-mail. If you then log in, the Amazon Local Grants program will be displayed under the menu item "Funding programs".

Now click on the green "Participate" button in the tile below. Please confirm the privacy policy and conditions of participation.

A blue "Log in and create project" button will then appear (this may take a few seconds, you may have to reload the website). The blue button will automatically take you to the backend of the Amazon Local Grants program, where you can submit the application. Continue with step 3.

3. Create project

You can now submit a funding application in your profile on localgrants.communityfund.de. To do this, click on "Projects" in the menu on the left and then on the "Create project" button. Follow the instructions step by step and complete all fields.

If you do not have all the information to hand, you can add the missing information later. Important here: To get back to your profile on localgrants.communityfund.de, you must register via www.foerderprogramme.org and log in using the blue "Register and create project" button (see step 2).

As soon as you have completed all the data, your application will be checked. Once a decision has been made, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you whether and when your project will receive funding as planned.
